iCentres Association

The Telecentres Project is a national project of the iCentres Association covering activities related to “bridging the digital divide” in Bulgaria by provision of access to digital technologies (DTs) and Internet.
We are proud that in only 4 years we have developed a network of 110 telecentres (covering almost 45 % of the country territory) estab-lished in communities of various sizes, economic condi-tions, and locations (remote, rural and mountain).
Our target group is focused on economically and geographi-cally disadvantaged regions. We have become the leading national provider of DT-based services to citizens and local communities in Bulgaria.
