PH International works to build a strong global commu-nity by fostering civic leadership, harnessing Internet technology, and facilitating cross-cultural learning.

PH International (PH) pursues this vision by conducting innovative programs across Eurasia and around the world that use online engagement, exchanges, practical skills development, and community coalition-building to support global collaboration, learning and leading.
PH works in four primary development fields: education, community, professional and informational technologies (IT). PH’s IT programs provide access to technology and internet, offer hands-on training for professional and community development, and facilitate online collabora-tion and knowledge-sharing.
In Eurasia, PH has grown networks of over 600 internet access centers and has facilitated in these networks over 50,000 free courses and seminars for students, community members, NGOs and local administrations.
