Research and Organizational Development Association (RODA)

The Lifelong Learning Programme’s main objective is to
develop and increase competencies of citizens for active
participation in the knowledge economy, with the special
focus on socially excluded groups in the society.

The strategic directions of RODA as a domestic,
non-profitable, non-governmental organization include
the following intervention areas:

Promotion of lifelong learning in Bosnia and Herzegovina as one of the main priorities of European Union
Implementation of the Lifelong Learning Programme for socially excluded groups
Enhance the cooperation between governmental, non-governmental and business sectors in development and implementation of the Lifelong Learning Strategy and Action Plans
Fund raise for the Lifelong Learning Programme in order to keep the quality and continuity of the Programme impact.
