Fundación Esplai is a Non Profit Organization whose mission is to educate children and young people and to strengthen associations and organisations, with the purpose of transforming society and promoting social inclusion.

To achieve this, we have developed three strategies:

Leisure time as an educational space
Leisure time is and adequate space for social integration, learning and personal development.

Fight Against Exclusion
Our competitive and ever changing society keeps a population on the edge of social exclusion for economical, cultural ethnic or gender reasons. Esplai develops projects that may facilitate integration and participation in today’s world, with special attention to prevention methods.

Capacity Building
Esplai encourages participation and association capacity building by supporting permanent training for organizations’ staff and by working to improve management, make new technologies totally accessible and foster intense relationship among associations.
